Overview

A real test, not a demo.

Agent pilots fail for predictable reasons: the scope is too broad, the tools are not connected to the systems that matter, or nobody defined what good looks like. We avoid that by choosing one workflow with a clear owner and a measurable outcome, then building only what that workflow needs. Everything else waits.

During the pilot you see the agent working against your own documents, tickets or records. Your team reviews its output each week, corrects what is wrong and decides whether the behaviour is good enough to continue. If the answer is no, you still leave with a prototype and a clear report on why.

One workflow, chosen together

We pick the process with the clearest value and a willing owner, rather than spreading effort across several half-built ideas.

Connected to real systems

The agent reads from and writes to the tools your team already uses, with permissions limited to the task.

Guardrails from the start

Sensitive actions wait for human approval, and every tool call is logged so you can see exactly what happened.

Scored on your examples

We build a test set from real cases and track accuracy, speed and cost as the agent changes.

Weekly demos you can react to

Every week you see the agent handle live cases, give feedback and change the direction while it is still cheap.

A clear go or no-go

The pilot ends with a written verdict, the evidence behind it and a recommendation for what to do next.

Use cases

Good first agents

The strongest pilots take on work that is frequent, well bounded and currently handled by hand.

01

Invoice and document intake

Read incoming invoices or forms, pull out the key fields, check them against your records and send exceptions to a person.

02

Support request triage

Sort incoming tickets by type and urgency, gather the customer's history and draft a reply an agent can review and send.

03

Sales follow-up

Turn call notes into updates in your CRM, draft the follow-up message and flag anything that needs a human decision.

04

Internal knowledge lookup

Answer staff questions from your own policies and documents, with links to the source and a route to a person.

Deliverables

What you receive.

  • A scoped workflow with agreed success measures
  • A working agent connected to the chosen tools
  • Guardrails, approvals and action logging
  • An evaluation set built from real cases
  • A weekly demo and written progress notes
  • An evaluation report with quality, speed and cost
  • A go or no-go recommendation for a wider build
How we work

The six-week timeline.

Week 1: Scoping

We agree the workflow, the success measures and the tools the agent may use, then collect real cases to test against.

Weeks 2 to 3: Prototype

A first working agent runs against sample cases so your team can see the shape of the solution early and redirect it.

Weeks 4 to 5: Integration and evaluation

We connect production systems, add approvals and logging, and run the test set until quality and cost are understood.

Week 6: Handover

You get the pilot, its evaluation results, a written verdict and a plan for a wider build if the evidence supports one.

FAQ

Common questions.

What counts as a working pilot?

An agent that handles the chosen workflow end to end with your real data, under your rules, watched by your team. It runs in a controlled setting, not only on a laptop.

How much of our team's time will this take?

Expect a kickoff, a short weekly review and quick access to one or two people who know the workflow. We handle the rest.

What happens if the pilot does not work?

You get the prototype, the evaluation results and a written explanation. A failed pilot that saves a larger build is a useful outcome.

Can the agent run on our own infrastructure?

Yes. We can use hosted model APIs or models inside your cloud, depending on your data rules and security review.

Do you use our data to train models?

No. Your data stays within the systems we agree, and we do not train external models on it.

Next step

Is there a workflow you would like to test?

Describe the work and the tools involved. We'll tell you whether it suits a six-week pilot.
