Less admin. More time for clients.

Your firm sells expertise, but too much of the week goes to intake forms, document chasing, time capture and reporting. We build software and AI that carry that load without putting client trust at risk.

Overview

Expertise deserves better tools.

Professional services firms run on relationships and judgement, yet the work around that judgement is heavy. Proposals, engagement letters, onboarding, document requests and status updates all need to happen, and someone has to do them. When those tasks live in email and spreadsheets, senior people end up doing admin at night.

We build tools that fit how your firm already works: a client portal that replaces the email thread, a knowledge search over your own documents, an assistant that drafts first versions for a person to review. Confidentiality is a design input, not an afterthought, so access rules and data handling are settled with your team early.

Client portals that fit

A branded space for documents, approvals and updates that replaces long email threads and repeated status calls.

Search across your knowledge

Find the right clause, precedent or past proposal in seconds, with answers tied to the source document.

Drafting with a reviewer

First drafts of routine documents, prepared from your templates and past work, always reviewed by a qualified person before use.

Time capture without nagging

Simple ways to record billable work as it happens, so invoices reflect the effort without a Friday reconstruction exercise.

Intake that qualifies itself

Structured intake forms that collect the right details, check conflicts and route new inquiries to the right partner.

Reporting you can trust

Engagement, utilization and pipeline reports built from one source, so partners see the same numbers in every meeting.

Use cases

Where firms gain hours

The best starting points are repetitive, document-heavy and already governed by clear rules.

01

Client onboarding

Replace forms, email chains and manual checks with a guided intake that collects documents, runs conflict checks and opens the matter cleanly.

02

Document review support

Sort and summarize large document sets, highlight clauses that need attention and let a lawyer confirm every conclusion.

03

Proposal and letter drafting

Generate first drafts from approved templates and past engagements, with variables filled from your client and matter records.

04

Knowledge assistant

Answer common internal questions from your policies, playbooks and reference material, with citations so people can verify the answer.

How we work

A measured way to adopt change.

Understand the practice

We interview partners and staff, review the tools in use and identify the tasks that take time without adding client value.

Set the guardrails

Before building, we agree on data access, confidentiality, retention and who approves what, together with your security and compliance leads.

Ship in small releases

We deliver a usable slice early, train a small group and expand once the workflow proves calmer than the one it replaces.

Improve with the team

We review usage with your people, correct what gets in the way and keep the tool aligned as roles and clients change.

FAQ

Common questions.

Can our client data stay in our environment?

Yes. We can deploy into your cloud account and work within the access rules you set. Where a hosted service makes more sense, we agree the boundaries with your compliance and security teams first.

How do you stop AI from inventing answers?

We ground responses in your own documents and show the source, and we test against real questions before launch. Anything uncertain is passed to a person rather than presented as fact.

Will this work with our practice management system?

In most cases, yes. We connect through its API or a supported export, and we design a fallback for the fields it does not expose.

Do we need to change how we bill clients?

No. We build around your existing billing model. The aim is to make the record of work more accurate, not to change how you charge for it.

How involved do our people need to be?

A few hours from the people who do the work, mostly at the start and during demos. Their input is what makes the result usable, so we ask for it early.

What would your team do with the hours back?

Tell us where the admin piles up. We will come back with a clear view of what to automate, what to leave alone and how we would start.
