Property work, without the paperwork drag.

Listings, leases, inspections and tenant requests each arrive in their own format and often in someone's inbox. We build software and AI that keep the details straight and the people informed.

Overview

Every deal has a trail.

A property passes through many hands: an agent, a broker, a lawyer, a lender, a surveyor, a property manager and a tenant. Each one records something different, and the same address can appear five ways in three systems. When those records disagree, deals slow down and tenants end up waiting.

We build the connective layer: a single record for each property and person, documents that are read and filed correctly, and workflows that tell everyone what happens next. For proptech companies, we build the product itself, from the data model to the screens that agents and tenants use every day.

One record per property

Listings, leases and contact details unified behind a shared identifier, so every team works from the same facts.

Lease and document intake

Extract dates, parties, terms and clauses from leases and contracts, then file each document where the team can find it.

Maintenance that routes itself

Tenant requests captured with photos and details, matched to the right trade and tracked until someone confirms the job is done.

Viewings and follow-up

Scheduling, reminders and feedback collected in one place, so interested people are not left waiting for a reply.

Portals for owners and tenants

A clear place to see statements, documents and requests, which reduces repeated calls to your office.

Data you can report on

Clean, connected data behind dashboards for occupancy, pipeline and maintenance, without a monthly spreadsheet rebuild.

Use cases

Good first problems to solve

Start with a task that repeats every week and depends on information held in more than one place.

01

Listing data cleanup

Deduplicate properties across systems, standardize addresses and keep availability current so agents stop checking three places before a viewing.

02

Tenant request desk

A simple portal for reporting issues, with photos, status updates and an audit trail that shows when each request was resolved.

03

Transaction coordination

Track milestones, documents and third parties for each deal, with reminders that fire before a deadline is missed.

04

Proptech product builds

For software companies serving the property market, we design and build the web and mobile product, its data model and integrations.

How we work

From scattered records to one system.

Audit the systems

We list every place property and contact data lives, then compare how the same records are stored and used.

Choose a source of truth

We agree which system owns which field, and how updates flow between the rest, before any screens are built.

Build the workflow

We ship the parts people touch first, such as intake or request tracking, and connect the backend in short iterations.

Watch the first real week

We stay available through the first busy week, fix what surfaces and hand over documentation your team can keep.

FAQ

Common questions.

Can you connect to our listing feed?

Yes, if the provider offers an API or a data export. We design for feeds that update hourly and for ones that only refresh overnight.

We are a proptech startup. Do you build products or internal tools?

Both. Some teams need a customer-facing product built from scratch; others need the operations behind it to stop leaking time. We are glad to start with either.

How do you handle personal data about tenants?

Access is limited by role, data is held only as long as your policy allows, and we agree the details with your compliance and security teams. We do not claim certification on your behalf.

What if our teams use different software in each office?

That is common. We map the differences, pick a shared model for the fields that matter and let local teams keep the tools that work for them.

Do you replace our CRM?

Not unless it is the right call. Often we add a layer that cleans and connects records, and the CRM stays where it is.

Next step

Which property process costs you the most time?

Describe the workflow that keeps breaking. We will tell you plainly what we would build first and what we would leave alone.
